Oh OK now i see you are doing you jumper at the end of the extention cable yes? My Idea was to remove your extension cable then you will have 2 plugs that go into the plug that is secured under the dash (the one that I moved above).

So lets use this diagram:
Image

I assume you are doing your jumping and connecting at "C"

I say remove all that extra cable ANd disconnect the harness at "A / B" Then do your jumping and hook ups at connector "B" Eventually you will just discard "C" (Although don't toss because it is the same as "B" and maybe someone else will need it) and most of the wires on there. That is what I was going to send you is my Old "C" with all the wires except the blue one that I used in my install. Because like I said both ends of the extension harness "B" and "C" will go into "A". So thats where I got my connector you originally asked about I just scavenged it from the extension harness.

I may be reading this wrong or not seeing what you are saying, I don't think i have anything to "unplug" the harness I have pictured is at the end of the coiled wires and I don't see anything to unplug? In your above picture is that white A/B part 2 things that are plugged together? Mine is just the female end of a plug and i have nothing to plug into that hence the generic space terminals I've used.

AH OK now we are getting somewhere. Take a look at this picture:

Remove your glove compartment and you should see that white connector holder peeking through the metal bracket. Let that loose and you will see the 2 connectors "A and B" there. That is where you unplug .

Could probably see it just by sticking your head up there under the dash, bit ain't nobody got time for that.

Im still screwing this up, today i unwrapped all my under passenger side dash mess and found that i do have the extension harness but that its intertwined with 2 other harness pieces, one has just a single large gauge + and - wire the other has a bunch of wires of various colors including the one for the wigway activation i am using. I decided to use vampire taps to attach my G8 headlight ground wire onto the brown wire in this harness as well as trying to jumper between my 12+ ignition wire which is orange and the grey wire in the same harness. The positive connection does not seem to be correct as its shorting out somewhere before it gets to the under hood 4 wire connector that contains the same 2 wires as well as a light blue and green wire. My understanding is those 4 wires just go between the under dash area to that under hood connector so i'm not sure what the issue is. I did get the aftermarket relay for the fogs to work making a clicking sound as i touched the correct wires from it to the under hood + terminal and the brown headlight ground signal wire i just described installing.
Another hour later i realized that you were right a page back in looking at the wires in the extension harness the orange is not giving enough amps to make the relay work despite saying it has 12V, i switched from that to the blue/purple wire and now I'm back in business. I still need the under hood harness to make everything water tight and as factory looking as possible. But for now I have a secure setup with control of the fogs using the G8 switch and factory appearance like high beams turn it them off and can't be left on accidentally.
NOW i just need to find a way to have them flash with the wig wag function....

Yea those others that are intertwined also unplug as well. They are connected into connectors behind the kick panel on the side footwell. Take them all out and keep only what you need.

I think i'd have better luck trying to find the wining powerball ticket than finding foglights.
