2014+ audio upgrades

Has anyone with a 2014+ done any audio upgrades? Looking for some ideas.

i havent gotten far yet , but ive got the 14-17 SS rear package tray speaker grills , and a 2nd set of rear door panels to see if i can do some grills or something

I was looking at them and thinking about if the middle hard plastic could be cut out and be made to match the front/front SS panels with cloth in there.

I've been impressed with the OEM system so far, especially considering its a cop car. Perhaps it's because my expectations were so low?

When it comes up I'll probably go with my a low budget upgrade:

Activate/amplify the rear door speakers either with an aftermarket amp or replacement head unit. Mount 5" grills over the existing speaker area. Add a low profile amplified subwoofer under the passenger seat.

Anyone know what people are doing to the rear panels since they're covering up the rears? Are people cutting a hole and getting an aftermarket cover? If so, where from? Any pics or directions from people that have done this?

On member put them a bit lower in the door since that part of the panel if flatter and able to take a universal griller better:
