Help with Bluetooth microphone wiring please?

Post by Yuckydog »

So I discovered that my dome light and Bluetooth mic wires were snipped and thanks to smwalker I’m wiring everything back up.

Unfortunately what I thought was the Bluetooth mic wire strand may not be. It’s got a single wire and what seems to be a ground? Any help on if I match up the red or blue from the mic to the gray/black stripe and bare wire would be appreciated.

Thanks,
James

The bare shield will be the "Drain Wire" attach that to whatever wire is in Cavity A

Gray/Black to Cavity B

Awesome, I was in the wrong topic and also tried searching for bluetooth microphone. Perhaps add "Bluetooth" to that thread so it appears in search results? :D
