2013 Caprice PPV interior dome lighting

They don’t turn on when doors open. They only turn on by manual button. Almost makes me think they are disabled.

They most likely are disabled. The can be programmed in the BCM to be enabled or disabled. But need the MDI or equivalent tool and a AC Delco TDS subscription.
