The customize option in the dash says its unavailable. .. is there any way I could reprogram the car to an updated version? Also Im not even allowed to adjust the bass and treble on the stereo. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It is only available when car is still or moving @ <5?mph ~ ~ ~

That makes zero sense... but I guess I dont think I was moving when I tried... im at the dealer getting it reflashed, we'll see what they can do. I'm really crossing my fingers.

Update : After waiting at the dealer for 4.5 hours they were able to put the custoization menu back into the dash but the radio cant just be updated. The radio equipped. So far white auto and media I think is the only way to go to be able to keep the factory radio.
