I will update this page as more details become available. For those unaware of this event, this is the 4th year. Year 1 & 2 were held in Orlando, and Year 3 was held in Tampa last year. We had a total of 60 Unique G8's throughout the weekend last year, despite rain all weekend! We still had a blast, ask anybody who made it!

Hey everyone....

Here's the registration link to register for the event. If you are anywhere around Florida and have the time available from July 25-27, this would be an awesome event to attend. I just finished making my hotel and show reservations. Host hotel & show site is the Doubletree Palm Beach Gardens. There's some track time at PBIR as well, dyno pulls, a cruise with "spirited driving", fun to be had by all.

So far there's 70+ cars signed up for this event. Last year's in the Tampa area was very well attended. I know the session at Redline Motorsports is always worthwhile.

Come have a little mini-vacation in Florida while the weather's still good!

Any idea when the last date to register is? My 9C3 won't be here until next week and I want to make sure it's road worthy and tagged before registering.

I think they were saying the hotel room block was valid until the 17th, but I know they were getting close to selling out. I'm registered and got a room there. I don't think the club has a registration deadline, so as soon as your car gets here I'd say sign it up. Even if you just show day of the event I'm sure someone will take your money (GRIN)

I'm less than 25 miles from West Palm so I think I'll just drive up on Saturday if everything's good with my car. We'll see what happens this week when it arrives.

BTW congrats on the find, saw the post just now in the other thread. Hope it isn't too soggy....

You and me both! I bought a late to market flood car from hurricane Sandy and it turned out just fine so my fingers are crossed.

Just a quick update. 87 cars registered so far with a week to go. This has the makings of a nice show.....

I'm working this week and PBI is a regular stop. Maybe I will get lucky and get to stop by!

If you can get around on Saturday that's when the meat of the show is. Hope you can make it!
