Interesting situation with HVAC, interested in what others areally experiencing.
I have an '11 9c3 and a brand new '17 9c1. In the '11, and every other recent car I've driven, the maximum heating and blower speed of the heater (in automatic mode) are caused by turning the temp control up to "H". "H" happens in the '11 after 86. In the '17, the temp and blower speed increase as the temp is dialed up through 88. "H" happens after 88, but when you get to "H" the blower slows dramatically. This happens whether the car is hot or cold; of course to get any blower, the car has to be a little warmed up, as is pointed out in the owners manual.
Thinking this abnormal, took it to the dealer. They naturally said there's nothing wrong.
What do all think? What do your cars do?
'17: Doesn't blow on "H"?
