Kerr Wig Wag module

I removed the Kerr wig wag module from my 2014. I had no need to wag my lights, and would get myself in trouble! It appeared to be all wired correctly, but when I applied 12v to the green wire, nothing. There is some other black wire, see pics, that maybe needed to be attached. I spent no time diagnosing it, as I did not want it. It has the standard bracket attached. Small bit of insulation removed on green wire.
