Wow, 7300 PPVs? One department with probably the highest concentration of that production has to be the City of Houston. They must have purchased at least 20 over the years. The Houston Metropolitan Authority (Toll Road Authority) also has a handful.

Guess I need to buy a spare car for parts!

This site claims 15,278 PPVs, not 7,305. I'm inclined to believe the higher number, but who knows. Both sites could be wrong.
