OP or me?

I had to have my keys replaced with the recall. I replaced the buttons AFTER the recall was performed.

It was my understanding that buying new key BLADES themselves is a dealer thing (what with re-programming and such).

I believe they took my keys, swapped out the key blades with new ones that had the blade rotated 90 degrees, recalibrated them to my car, and sent me on my way.

The blade programming to the car I believe is dealer only.
