2013 ppv 9c1 shifter bulb

Could anyone explain the process to changing the shifter bulb or if it even has one? Thanks

Service manual just sows the 9C3 shifter:

Bulbs are $16 a piece, I think because they are LED.
Pair of them not quite clear where they are but should be able to follow the harness:

If they are LED hard to imagine they burnt out?? Have they ever worked in yours? Does the light ring around the key light up in the column?

GM charges quite a bit for bulbs , not sure why when they are usually bulk items and sold 1 by 1

Im gonna take it apart and see if it even has bulbs in it after work. I also Have to try to figure out why the high beams wont work. Theyre currently operated by a toggle switch on the dash and I'd like them to work as they should off the turn signal lever. I'm guessing they cut some wires after it left fleet.
