2011 vs. 2013 PPV Airbags

What is the difference between the airbags included on the standard 2013 Caprice PPV 9C1 compared to the standard 2011 Caprice PPV 9C1 with optional Rear Seat Outboard Passenger Head Curtain Airbags? I am hoping you guys know. Did the 2013 model include the Rear Seat Outboard Passenger Head Curtain Airbags as a "Standard" feature?

2012 was the first year with knee bolster airbags... no rear seat airbags in 2011 or 2012.
