I just bought some really aggressive ones used (1 season) for $150. they are 235/45/18 for the stockers. Haven't mounted them yet. Hopefully soon.

You sure about that? I thought we had to have 18" wheels to clear the front brakes.
Good point, anyone know.

I'm also curious about this as there are a bunch of BMW 17's with snow tires available but I don't want to experiment and find out they won't fit.

They are everywhere up here. Punch 5x120 in CL and it’s all BMW 16/17/18s

I doubt 16s or 17s will clear our brakes so that leaves me with just 18s or 19s personally. Then it looks like only 5 or 7 series will have snow tires. If I can find a set of Impala wheels with snow tires cheap enough I might give up on the BMW wheel idea.

Did you get those snow tires mounted yet?

So here's some info that might help about 17's fitting: https://www.g8board.com/forums/30-parts ... is-mo.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They're 4hrs away from me and that's a pretty decent deal...but for the drive time I'm thinking I might just buy 19" Toyo G3s and put them on my spare G8 wheels. I'm also on the fence with several 18" options (only looking at studable) but then have to decide if I dismount my stock tires or pick up extra wheels...

Not yet, my Trans am is on the lift, and I haven't got it off to put the caprice on it to swap out the tires. the weather has been so bad here first time I've plowed snow prior to thanksgiving in along time.
