I've been "Holden" on to these rims since last year. Finally got new TPMS' and tires for them. I went with Continental Extreme Contacts DWS 06. Fronts are 19 x 8.5 with 245/40/19 rubber. The rears are 19 x 9.5 with 275/35/19 rubber. The rims are for the 2007 HSV Clubsport. Bought them new as overstock. FYI, the rear rim and tire weigh 73 lbs. and the fronts weigh 65 lbs. The stock steel rims and tires were 62 lbs.

Seeing 19s really makes me want to hold off on wheels until I can grab some 19s. They seem to fill up the wheel well so much nicer. But I have these near new 18" tires I don't want to get rid of...

That looks great.

Overall diameter is still the same. The car was lowered with the sedan SS springs. The rear end has the Camaro ZL1 lower control arms and toe links installed. That mod raised the rear back up a little. And, you could be doing burn outs to use up those rear 18"s... :)

I can't believe I started this thread 6 years ago and am only now posting pics! Then again my 9C3 is STILL not on the road and my 6-speed is my daily.

These are my current set of wheels, OZ Ultraleggera 18x9 ET40 with 255/45/18s:

This is my winter set, Sport Edition ST5 20x9.5 ET43 with 255/35/20s:

Finally can contribute. Added G8 door handles, SS springs (in the front so far... projects keep accruing elsewhere), and 18" Enkei Raijin wheels. I was nervous about a black wheel, but since I took off some of the black vinyl trim I had added and brought more chrome back, I felt better. The satin finish has more shine than I had thought, which I like. They are 18x8 +42mm so the fitment is reasonably conservative, but that's ok. Now it looks almost not at all like a cop car.

I have no idea on brembo fitment, but one day I'll buy some and see how it works out. If no dice, I can re-sell without much drama I'd imagine.
