My first post. Just got confirmation. I just bought a 2015 Caprice ppv 6.0 from a gov surplus auction. It has high miles. Starts, runs and drives supposedly. When it was delivered We couldn’t get it out of park. So I put wheel dollys on the rear wheels and we pushed it on the side of my house. Any ideas where to start figuring this out? My plans for the car is to update and upgrade the caprice for performance. My new project for my new retirement.

I would start with a charged battery installed. There is a shift interlock that needs to see 12v power. It's a combination of brake pedal depressed and 12v.
