Great observation on the NVH that is caused by mechanical items in motion. Makes sense that the springs would amplify the roughness of the bearings. Thanks for sharing your insight!

I am still running the stock converter and I added the deeper Camaro transmission pan. And yes, Chris Henry can send you a tune file and then you load it via HP Tuners.

I had good luck with Texas Speed's DOD kit and a Brian Tooley Racing Stage 1 cam. That was a few years ago. I would find a competent tuner first. Have you checked the wiring in the fuel injection wiring harness? Maybe a broke or stressed wire for #1?

What is the fuel injector code? Look at the bushings in the rear end cradle and suspension for the shake. I would scan the TCM for any issues.
