How it works technically inside the shifter is by sending different Ohms resistance through the Signal wire back to the BCM. Only problem is in the schematic for our cars they did not list the Ohm values for each mode. But the little rectangles in the shifter indicate resistance diodes in GM schemat...

It has been confirmed in many instances that AFM engine from GM are getting a pass with a tune in CA. As long as all your monitors are reporting as factory then any tune is OK.

Then also look in the files section on the main NewCaprice website and you can see all the technical manuals for all the years. There are wiring diagrams in there for e Aux Battery. This is frm the 2011, a few wires changed for 14+

I think every car got a tray, cables and the relay setup and wiring throughout the car but if you did not order the option you did not get the isolation relay that separated the batteries. Well part of it is your 9C1 cluster wont display if sport shift is activated when you slide the shifter. So you just got to kind of trust it is? Not sure how. Some have reported to me they feel a difference. Not sure though.

IPF makes some for the G8 not sure if they fit PPV. Look rough though.

And an update to that obd sync now provides the bcm programming needed for the bcm to control the fogs. Still would have to add a relay though.
