Re: Cam swap/DOD help.

It was my first time doing it, pretty simple and straightforward As far as pushrod length, I used a Comp ...

Re: My 2014 6.0 PPV Journey
#1. What are your considerations/recommendations for tuning? #2. What kind of ETs can we expect ? I plan on going with MailOrderTuner to begin with, I already have an HPTuners unit and unlocked ECM/TCM, and he says he’s tuned hundreds of PPV Caprices. But after that I may get a proper dyno tune. I’...

Re: My 2014 6.0 PPV Journey
That’s a good question. With Summit it’s just a check box “this is for an old or off highway vehicle, I promise”
But it’s California, the fun doesn’t stop there... but at least it’s really expensive and always on fire

Re: My 2014 6.0 PPV Journey
So, a little update. A couple weeks ago I remote started the car to warm it up in the morning, was rolling trash cans back from the street and the car sounded like it was missing, then just died. It would start back up but made horrible noise, and ran terrible. Check engine light was flashing, code ...

http://newcaprice.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3347&sid=3aba75aecadb76c6d312314213f932f6 Chances are that the pump is still good. The harness need only be replaced. The connector on the pump was pretty burned, could maybe clean it up with some small files or something but the plastic itse...

Re: My experience with P069E and P023F
I plan on putting some rubber weatherstrip around the edge of the hole and piece I cut out, bolt a couple pieces of flat bar across the lid, then bolt that to the floor. Not perfect but it’ll work
Good luck with your repair, let me know if you have any questions on cutting the hole
