Re: Draining gas tank

My guess is those pipe diameters might be different to match different styles of check valve. Here is another number that mentions it fits GM E and K, what ever that is. http://www.handsontools.com/Kent-Moore-J-44284-Fuel-Tank-Siphoning-Hose-J44284_p_32527.html" onclick="window.open(this.h...

Re: Draining gas tank

Thanks Frank. I looked a bit to see if one could order one. Usually you can find a few listings even if the prices are sky high but for that part number I could not find anything. Re: Draining gas tank

Two methods. Need a special tool to keep the flapper open for one. Not sure if just could be done with a plastic wedge. Method 2 requires a scan tool capable of commanding the fuel pump to stay on.

Just wanted to post this info up for anyone looking for a sunshade. I gambled and ordered a Covercraft sunshade for a G8 and it seems to fit very well. They are about $50.00 but very thick and durable. Model UV11065SV Think the "SV" is for silver as they have some different colors for the ...

Re: Being logged off every time I leave the board!

Oh I think I may have figured out something. Reading on the PhPbb Fourms where there are a multitude of messages about this topic one of the participants said it does not remember him when he goes through his redirected site name. And a moderator chimes in that any redirects will loose the ability t...

Re: Carpet

Does anyone know if Scott Williams has considered offering a Carpet product for our cars? Since he took over ImpalaSScarpet.com I would think he has a good contacts. That was some quality carpet I got from that source for my B body.

From the diagrams it does look like they splay out a bit in the front. Measurements in the linked document below: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwS-1OsxnShRelJHc0JpS1pjTjQ/view?usp=sharing" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Formatting is a bit off if you need it via email se...

Yes, it's Tom's old car, bought it from the dealership he traded it in at.
