I have been reading about this contact enhancer Stabilant 22. Expensive but people swear by it. Not sure how it would work on larger connections like the PS connectors. Usually used on micro stuff:

I pumped my connectors plum full of dielectric grease and shoved them together, knock on wood the problems gone and I haven't looked back since. Prolonging the inevitable? Probably but its one less thing I've had to worry about latley.
