How to Black Out The Grill

Post by impalaplt »

So, I have a CHROME Holden Grill/Trunk Emblem....

They are going on to a white car....

I've seen threads on people blacking out the Stock PPV Grill by using Vinyl Tape, and someone even mentioned that the "DIP" doesn't last due to rock chips....

So, what IS the best method?

I'm guessing I need to take the parts to a body shop, and have them paint it....

On my car I found the "paint-to-match" grill surround. PN 92199718. Might have gotten it from Australia.
