Normally I wouldn't post this kind of ad up, however this looks like a clean car with a low mile engine if anyone needs a cheap package DD or school car for a kid. This is a 1998 Lumina 3.8, (seller lists as a 9C3 but in reality it's a 9C1), 146K miles, used as an admin vehicle for the State of Illinois. Blue interior, it has a 16K mile factory crate engine in it, the digital police speedo like found on the B-body, the Recaro police bucket seats (think STIFF), and all power. Comes with a FSM set and some spare hub caps. Seller has it listed for $2,400 in Savannah, TN. This is a clean looking car from the pics, probably a good detail job but it looks nice. ive got a set of those recaros , and worked at a dealer when these cars were still fairly new , the seats are pretty comfy
