ELM 327 cheap

I bought the ELM 327mini OBD II reader to try to help diagnose my car. It won't work with my phone and I ended up buying something else.

Just pay actual shipping ($5) and you can have this one if you're not close enough to pick it up in person.

I know this is old, but probably not much interest. The Elm327 is a nice unit, but won't read ABS/traction control issues, so others are probably going other routes. I have one, and it works perfectly for ECU diagnostics, and even running a 'remote dashboard'.

I could never get it to work with my phone and ended up buying an actual scan tool. Then I got a new phone. :lol:

I forgot all about this. I should give it another try.

We have a Samsung Galaxy 4 Tab that we use for datlogging in our race car. It worked fine with the ELM. Screen makes a nice 'dashboard', too.
