Noise Diagnosis - Have sound file

I have a sound file of a noise my car is making, mostly when downshifting at low speeds. Is there any way I can share this file to see if anyone knows what this might be?

Well, that site ain't working. Tried with FF and Edge and I can't get either the player to work or download.

Maybe try YouTube instead. At least I know that works.
