Sorry, unsure how to work the quotation function, I am new to the group^
Also, is Chris Henry a tuner who can tune remotely through HPtuners?
Short term fix for bad lifter?
Re: Short term fix for bad lifter?
I am still running the stock converter and I added the deeper Camaro transmission pan. And yes, Chris Henry can send you a tune file and then you load it via HP Tuners.

Re: Short term fix for bad lifter?
Gotcha, thanks so much! Last owner put a deep Camaro trans pan in so I’m good on that. Not sure if you’re familiar with the youtube channel but I ended up taking my car into FasterProms as I have never taken an engine apart myself and since their garage is only 20 minutes away from me. It’ll be gone for a few weeks but I think it’s in good hands, if you’re not familiar, I’d check out their 8 second caprice, it’s pretty crazy. Thanks so much for all the good info though, I feel very welcomed here!
Re: Short term fix for bad lifter?
I really enjoy the TSP stage 1 cam, works well with the stock converter but I did have to drop the idle down to 700rpm to keep it from pushing at a stop in drive.
