Dorman vs OE Transmission Pan

Post by LampShady »

Does anyone have an opinion on the Dorman transmission pan vs GM pan? I'm looking into the deeper pan and all OE parts from Rock Auto are $110 shipped. The Dorman kit from Amazon is $115 but it comes with a drain plug.

Thanks!

I assume you are looking at the Gen V Camaro pan . Deeper for more fluid capacity. I added a drain plug to the side. Nothing to hit if it bottoms out on the ground
