2015 Key FOB only works in/near car

So the car came with two key fobs, both of which worked fine until today. The only way I can get them to lock and unlock the doors, is to button mash them and the fob has to be in the car, or within 1ft of the exterior. Same for the trunk except the button mashing. Haven't tried the remote start. If I move away from the vehicle it no worky. Prior to today I could unlock/lock and start the car from a couple hundred feet away. Tried new batteries in both FOB's and no change. Any idea what's wrong? Car has no other issues.
